YEREVAN, JULY 23, ARMENPRESS. The Government of Armenia made a decision to pay off the debts of “Haygazard” CJSC. In accordance with the draft resolution, which is included on the July 24 session agenda, 53.27% of “Nairit-2” CJSC (balanced cost - AMD 7320.8 million) and 3.5967% of “Nairit Plant” CJSC (balanced cost - AMD 983.4 million) is to be transferred to “Vorotan Hydroelectric Power Plant Complex” CJSC. The total value of shares will be AMD 8304.2 million. “Vorotan Hydroelectric Power Plant Complex” CJSC in return will pay off the existing liabilities of “Haygazard” within the amount of the contract price of the acquired assets.

As reports “Armenpress”, by the same decision, the budget loans and other obligations of “Haygazard” CJSC before the Ministry of Finance of Armenia will be repaid by transferring part of the company's assets, including 46.73% of “Nairit-2” CJSC and Tegh-Stepanakert gas pipeline to the Government.
