Seyran Ohanyan awards one of soldiers prevented subversion of rival

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan awarded the soldier Ruzvelt Torosyan with “Garegin Nzhdeh” departmental medal for the courage shown for the quick orientation in the emergency situation created in the military base and for preventing the subversive act of the rival within the last days of May.
The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that during the act the soldier received a gunshot injury and should receive further treatment abroad to recover issues regarding the vision after the recovery in the hospital.
Expressing his gratitude to the soldier and his relatives, the Head of the Defense Department noted that the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia will show its assistance to the organize the further treatment of Ruzvelt Torosyan abroad.
