YEREVAN, JULY 15, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan includes criminal groupings in the groups carrying out subversive intelligence activities, who are familiar with the region. The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan believes that this is a part of Azerbaijan's state policy, which according to him could be clearly seen during the subversive intelligence activities in Karvachar.

As reports “Armenpress”, during his conversation with the reporters Seyran Ohanyan noted that the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic's law enforcement bodies have initiated a criminal case in connection with the incident, and the members of the subversive group will bear responsibility in accordance with the Armenian laws and international norms. The Minister assures that they will follow the process to the end.
