YEREVAN, JULY 12, ARMENPRESS. The condition of the Armenian woman, who was injured during elimination of the Azerbaijani subversive group in the territory of Karvachar on July 11, is assessed serious, but stable. The Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan stated this in a conversation with “Armenpress”.

Among other things, the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan underscored: “The woman injured due to the incident in the Karvachar territory is Karine A. Davtyan. Her condition is assessed as serious, but stable with positive symptoms. Karine Davtyan is currently in the Muratsan Hostipal.”

Previously it was reported that the Armenian soldiers eliminated another diversionist during the liquidation of the Azerbaijani subversive group in the territory of Karvachar on July 11, but an Armenian officer was killed during the exchange of fire and a woman was injured.

The Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Artzrun Hovhannisyan made a note in his Facebook page saying that the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan stated this at the course of the military parade held in the city of Yeghegnadzor on July 12. The aforesaid military parade was dedicated to the 17th anniversary of establishment of the 4th army corps.
