James Warlick to visit Armenia to promote organization of Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting
YEREVAN, JULY 10, ARMENPRESS. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs met in Warsaw on July 10 to discuss a series of ideas needed for the peaceful settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. “The Ambassador Warlick met Igor Popov, Pierre Andieux and the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk for the goal of developing the necessary ideas to reach the peaceful settlement,” the U.S. Embassy to Armenia informed Armenpress about it. It was noted that the Embassy has no information about the details of the meeting. As for the meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Paris, it is among the wishes of James Warlick. “The Ambassador expects that Serzh Sargsyan-Ilham Aliyev meeting will be held soon. He hopes to visit the region to promote the organization of this meeting,” the U.S. Embassy said.
The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair James Warlick made a post in his Twitter microblog in the eve informing that he leaves Washington to meet the Co-Chairs without noting the place and date of the meeting.
