Armenia’s PM and Ambassador of Kuwait discuss prospects of bilateral relations development

YEREVAN, JUNE 5, ARMENPRESS. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kuwait to Armenia Bassam Muhammad Alqabandi.

The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia informed Armenpress that welcoming the Ambassador Hovik Abrahamyan attached importance to the further development and expansion of the Armenian- Kuwaiti relations. “As a Prime Minister I am ready to do my utmost to activate the political, economic and cultural relations between Armenia and Kuwait,” the Head of the Government said.

The Prime Minister handed the invitation of  His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad to visit Armenia and expressed confidence that mutual visits of such level will contribute to the development of the bilateral relations. In that context, the Head of the Government underscored the need for the organization of the Armenian-Kuwaiti business forum, which will boost the expansion of the economic ties between the two countries.
