Prime Minister expects from diplomats initiative in foreign economic policy

YEREVAN, JUNE 2, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan took part in the meeting of the representatives of the central departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions and the heads of consulates, which was held in Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan introduced the upcoming development programs of the government in various fields and the scheduled measures, highlighted the expectations from our country's diplomats in the field of foreign economic policy.

“Armenia adheres to its commitments, and our political team, led by the President, displays the appropriate will and principality in ensuring the execution of Armenia’s international obligations. Taking as a basis the foreign policy guidelines defined by the President, the government will seek to protect the interests of the state in the international sphere, to strengthen the foreign security component, to ensure regional stability, security and development, to create favorable conditions and guarantees for the economic development of the country, to strengthen Armenia's international engagement” -addressing the heads of diplomatic missions and consulates, said Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan.
