YEREVAN, APRIL 23, ARMENPRESS. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan responded to the question regarding Lake Sevan raised by Academician Ruben Jrbashyan at the course of the annual general session of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Answering the question Serzh Sargsyan stated that not a drop of water goes to Azerbaijan from Sevan.

Among other things, the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan reflected upon Ruben Jrbashyan’s concerns and urged him to express a professional opinion regarding Lake Sevan, not an emotional. In addition, the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan noted: “The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia adopted a law on Sevan, which stipulates the annual level of increase of Lake Sevan’s level.”
