The head of the ARF Faction of the Parliament Armen Rustamyan considers the prospect of a lengthy relationship endangered with those non-ruling powers, which do not accept the package proposed by them consisting of seven points. At the meeting with the journalists, answering the question of how effective the cooperation is taking into consideration that within the non-ruling quartet there is a disagreement on at least two points out of seven of the proposed package, Armen Rustamyan said: "We do not see any difference between the political forces which do not accept our proposals. If the ruling power does not accept, we are in opposition, if opposition parties do not agree, then the prospect of a lengthy relationship is at stake. For me it is not clear why any party is not willing to accept the argument that when a power in the result of the voting becomes majority, receives everything, while others – nothing. We have tried to balance the minority's influence on decision-making”.
