YEREVAN, APRIL 22, ARMENPRESS. Turkey will have to meet with its past, and it should be done in three rounds. In an interview with "Armenpress" reporter, making a reflection on the Armenian-Turkish relations, expressed his opinion the lecturer of  History Department of Istanbul “Bilgi” University, Professor Bulent Bilmez, who was present at the two-day conference on "The Caucasian Front of the First World war: Genocide, Refugees and Humanitarian Aid”, held at the Armenian Genocide Museum –Institute. "The first level of facing the historical fact of the Armenian Genocide is the government, the state, here it is important how they legally deal with the Genocide victims, and  to consider the possibility of going to the Armenian settlements of Turkey as their homeland” , the historian clarified his proposed thesis .
