YEREVAN, APRIL 17, ARMENPRESS. This year programs of the Minister of Diaspora related to the strengthening of Homeland-Diaspora ties are in the preparation stage.  At the course of the first session of the Inter-Departmental Committee held on April 17 which coordinates “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian Festival, Diaspora’s Youth patriotism “Come Home” and “Diaspora” summer school programs, the acting Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan noted that the Committee will be able to coordinate the programs to be fulfilled by the Ministry of Diaspora within the coming months. The Committee was established by the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

“The establishment of the Committee is important, since Armenia will receive over 5000 guests. These are programs that come out of only the borders of being program of the Ministry of Diaspora,” the acting Minister underscored as reported by Armenpress.

He noted that taking into consideration the significance and relevance of the programs and the increase of the number of participants, the united Committee will coordinate the coming programs more correctly.
