Atom Egoyan's "Queen of the Night" included in competition program of Cannes Film Festival

YEREVAN, APRIL 17, ARMENPRESS. On April 17 Cannes Film Festival announced its competition program, which includes Atom Egoyan's "Queen of the Night" film, reports “Armenpress”.

67th Cannes Film Festival’s main competition includes 18 films.Among them are Andrey Zvyagintsev’s "Leviafan", Atom Egoyan's "Queen of the Night", Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne’s  "Two days, one night" starring Marion Cotillard, director David Cronenberg's “Maps To The Stars” starring Robert Pattinson, Jean-Luc Godard’s “Adieu au Langage”, Tommy Lee Jones’ "The Homesman", Xavier Dolan’s “Mommy”, and other films.

67th Cannes International Film Festival this year will be held from May 14 to 25 in “Lazur beach” of France. New Zealand film director Jane Campion has been announced as the head of the jury of the competition.

The film festival will open with the film “Grace of Monaco”, directed by Olivier Dahan and starring Nicole Kidman. This year French actor Lambert Wilson will be the host of the festival, who is known for his “The Matrix Reloaded” and “The Princess of Montpensier” films, reports “RIA Novosti”.
