YEREVAN, APRIL 16, ARMENPRESS. On April 16, the Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan received the delegation headed by the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office for the Southern Caucasus Angelo Gnadinger. As “Armenpress” was informed by the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, during the meeting the parties touched upon issues concerning the regional security, violations of cease-fire on Armenian-Azerbaijani borderline, and some questions related to the process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict within the frames of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The Minister of Defense of Armenia expressed concern about the fact, that the CFE Treaty (Conventional Armed Forces in Europe) and Vienna Document 2011 are not restrictive factors, which leads to an arms race.
