Azerbaijan violates ceasefire regime for about 300 times

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 12, ARMENPRESS. In accordance with the operative data of the Defense Army of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire regime for about 300 times on the line of contact of the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing armies in the period ranging from April 6 to April 12. Over 2500 bullets of different diameters have been fired towards our troops.

The Press Service of the Ministry of Defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic informed "Armenpress" that besides the aforesaid violations, on April 7 at 22:30 the rival made another attempt of subversive action in the southeast direction (Marjanlu) of the Karabakh-Azerbaijan line of contact. The frontier subdivisions of the Defense Army noticed the actions of the Azerbaijanis on time and applied to contra actions, making the rival get back to their starting positions. On the retreat way, exploding in the minefield of the defense area, the rival had 3 victims (1 of which was an officer) and 6 wounded. 

The Karabakh side did not have any losses in resisting the Azerbaijani fighters.
