Artsrun Hovhannisyan does not consider purchases of military equipment by Azerbaijan problematic

YEREVAN, JUNE 19, ARMENPRESS: The Azerbaijani purchases of military equipment are not considered problematic. About this wrote in his facebook account press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan.

“Those purchases were known by corresponding services of Armenia from the moment of signing the agreement. The types and volumes of products do not violate the balance and do not create preconditions for Azerbaijani authorities, of course in case of reasonableness, to implement military aggression against Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh,” highlighted Hovhannisyan, reports “Armenpress”.

The press secretary of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Armenia also stresses: “Defense Ministry of Armenia will refrain from making any statement or expressing any position taking into consideration the circumstance of existing some disinformation elements in media”.
