Bako Sahakyan and Vigen Chaldranyan discussed development of cinematography in Artsakh

YEREVAN, MAY 24, ARMENPRESS: The Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Armenia, the famous film producer Vigen Chaldranyan on May 23. As Armenpress was reported by the Central Information Center of the Artsakh President’s Staff, issues related to culture, particularly cinematography in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting.

Both sides underlined that for the development of this sphere it is required to carry out serious preparatory works with young people, create for them appropriate opportunities to receive professional training and education in Armenia and in other countries.

The Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, the Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Narine Aghabalyan participated in the meeting.
