Arthur Grigoryan appointed first assistant to Nagorno Karabagh Republic President

YEREVAN, MAY 16, ARMENPRESS. On 15 May President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree appointing Arthur Grigoryan first assistant to the President of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic releasing him from the post of assistant to the NKR President. The Central Information Department of the Artsakh Republic President's Office informed "Armenpress" that in accordance with another Presidential decree Lilit Petrosyan was appointed assistant to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic President.
