OSCE Permanent Representative of Armenia touched upon NKR conflict settlement

YEREVAN, MAY 15, ARMENPRESS: The OSCE Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia Arman Kirakosyan performed a speech at the extraordinary meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on May 15. As Armenpress was reported by the Department for Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, concerning the speech of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mamedyarov, made at the Permanent Council on the NKR conflict settlement issue, the OSCE Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia noted that in order to register positive progress in the Karabakh conflict settlement process, it is necessary that Azerbaijan refrains from making militant statements and accept the suggestions of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, as well as implement the agreements, achieved during the negotiations process.
The OSCE Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia Arman Kirakosyan stated about the inadmissibility of the tension growth in the conflict zone and emphasized the importance of the corresponding suggestions of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, as well as the pull-back of snipers and the creation of investigation mechanisms for the ceasefire regime violations.
