NKR government resigned

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS: The president of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan  signed a decree on the resignation of the government on September 7 relying on 106 and 107 articles of Constitution.

 Armenpress has been informed by Artsakh President's information department, that due to the decree the members of the government will continue their duties until the formation of the new government.

Artsakh people elected their 5th President on July 19. Bako Sahakyan was re-elected as the President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The previous elections were held five years ago again on July 19. That time Bako Sahakyan superseded Arkadi Ghukasyan. President Serzh Sargsyan attended the inaugural ceremony of newly elected Nagorno-Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan hosted in Stepanakert on September 7.
