CEC handed Bako Sahakyan Artsakh Republic President certificate

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS: President Bako Sahakyan visited the NKR Central Electoral Commission where he was handed in the certificate of the Artsakh Republic President on September 5. As central information department of the office of the Artsakh Republic President told Armenpress,in his speech the Head of State noted that complete establishment of all the branches of power and their full-fledged functioning, as well as the irreversibility of democratic state building process are among the greatest achievements of Artsakh independent statehood. Within this context Bako Sahakyan highly estimated the work of Central Electoral Commission considering it one of the most significant institutions in the state.President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the entrepreneur and philanthropist, founder of ''Louding'' company Arthur Varjapetyan on September 5. The head of country expressed his gratitude to the philanthropist for the participation at the social-economic development of Artsakh noting that for years his patriotic activity has been highly evaluated in the Republic.
