Armenia prepares for the 21st anniversary of its independence

YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS: The session of state committee of preparation and organization of events dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the independence of Armenia took place in the Government of Armenia. The session was preceded by the head of the committee Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. Armenpress was informed from information and public relations department of Armenian Government that Chief of Staff of President Office Vigen Sargsyan mentioned that the organizational works of events dedicated to the independence holiday are in process according with the schedule. Particularly, on September 21 in the Republican Square will take place a festive concert with modern solutions. On the Independence Day festive events will also take place in the regions of the Republic and Diaspora.

At the session there was an interested exchange of ideas during which the process of festive events organized by different institutions was introduced.

The Prime Minister ordered to react operatively to possible problems with the help of cooperation in order to organize the festive events in high level and according to the schedule.
