Parliament Speaker awards a number of teachers

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 21, ARMENPRESS: A number of Armenian Language and Literature teachers of Yerevan and province schools were hosted today in the parliament. Armenian National Assembly Speaker Samvel Nikoyan signed a decree on awarding them with NA Medal on the occasion of the Mother Language Day and for contribution to preservation of the Armenian language, Armenpress reports.

Samvel Nikoyan solemnly awarded Head of YSU Chair of Armenian Literature, Doctor Professor Samvel Muradyan and Director of NAS Institute of Language, Doctor Professor Vazgen Hambardzumyan with NA Medal of Honor, and the present teachers – with NA certificate.
