Organization works of “My Armenia” Pan-Armenian festival kick off

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 10, ARMENPRESS: The first consultation of the task group of "My Armenia" Pan-Armenian festival took place at the Ministry of Diaspora February 10. Head of the Pan-Armenian Programs Department of the staff of the ministry Atom Mkhitaryan, head of the "Motherland-Diaspora center" organization Davit Shahbazyan, officials of the ministry attended the sitting. Press office of the ministry reported that "My Armenia" Pan-Armenian festival is to be conducted in a period between April and October 2012. Within the framework of the event concerts of dancing ensembles, music bands, singers will be organized.

The goal of the festival is to expand Armenia-Diaspora, Diaspora-Diaspora ties, promote preservation of Armenian identity and culture in Diaspora.
